My food is composed of fresh ingredients, and I am dedicated to supporting local growers and suppliers. My experience and training as a chef (20+ years) is in haute cuisine, while my familial background in a kitchen is a much more intimate, and in some ways, more valuable understanding of a meal. Blending the elements of these two distinct styles of cooking rewards the eater with the best of both worlds.
